CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 12 hours in advance of your appointment. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance of your appointment, you will forfeit your booking deposit.
All appointment require a valid credit card for booking and require a 50% deposit. If you are running late, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let the sunless consultant in to the agreed upon mobile location, we right to leave the mobile location and not provide services after 10 minutes of appointment start time. Mobile appointments that are cancelled less than 12 hours in advance or are a no show will forfeit the full deposit amount.
IN-HOME STUDIO APPOINTMENTS
All appointment require a valid credit card for booking and require a 50% deposit. If you are running late, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or do not show up to your appointment in our in-home studio, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment after 10 minutes of appointment start time. In-home studio appointments that are cancelled less than 12 hours in advance or are a no show will forfeit the full deposit amount.
SPRAY TAN PARTIES
Mobile party appointments require 3 or more guests and will be charged a deposit of $25 per person (so 3 guests is $75, 6 guests is $150). For a party with 6 or more guests, the host will tan for free. If you need to reschedule or cancel your party, please do so at minimum 12 hours before your appointment. Parties canceled less than 12 hours in advance will lose their deposit.
Any males as well as females under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. We gladly provide disposable undergarments for females. No exceptions.
All Vacay Beauty services and retail items are NON-REFUNDABLE. Any purchased tanning packages may be refunded within 30 days of purchase so long as no tans have been used. If any services have already been used, clients will be charged for the full price of their service as well as a $30 cancellation fee.
After booking, we will review the distance of the client's appointment location. For any additional distance after 10 miles from our in-home studio in East Falls, the fee is $1/mile.
